Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at stonesistersorganics.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are only shipped on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday of each week. We only ship orders in the months of September thru May. We do not ship products in June, July, or August because these months are the year’s hottest months, and our food products will not survive extreme heat.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays, including the period of time between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Frozen products are only shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via Federal Express shipping.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer shipping through Federal Express via Overnight 24 Hour Service or Two (2) Day Express Service. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, so please alert us if your products do not arrive on time.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:

Stone Sisters Organics does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Stone Sisters Organics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Stone Sisters Organics is not liable for lost products or products that are damaged during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if you received a damaged order.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
