- 1 cup of ice (optional)
- ½ cup frozen blueberries (plus a few for garnish)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup frozen kale
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2-3 tsp. maple syrup
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender, blend on high until smooth and serve immediately. For fun add a few frozen blueberries on top. Serves 2.
