- 1 cup of ice (optional)
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ cup strong, cold brewed coffee
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 4-6 teaspoon maple syrup, or sweetener to taste
- whipped topping (optional)
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a high powered blender, blend on high until smooth and serve immediately. If your feeling sassy, top it with whipped topping. Serves 2.
