Ingredients:
It is best to use organic or non-GMO ingredients, so use them when you can.
- 2-10 inch Happie Organic Sprouted Spelt Crusts
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
- 1/2 ounces organic dry ranch dip mix
- 2 cups assorted chopped veggies (lightly steamed) carrots, broccoli and cauliflower (maybe some red bell pepper too) :)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Take the both 10' Organic Sprouted Spelt Crusts and spread about 2 teaspoons olive oil evenly across the crusts, place them directly on the oven grate and bake for 3-5 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow the crusts to cool completely.
Make the Cream Cheese Mixture: Using a hand mixer, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dry ranch dip mix. Whip until fluffy. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crusts.
Top cream cheese spread with the assorted chopped vegetables, distributing them evenly.
Slice into squares or rectangles and enjoy as a delicious appetizer or snack!
