Looking for a pizza that’s a little fiery, a little tangy, and a whole lot of delicious? This recipe takes classic Argentine flavors—spicy chorizo, bright cherry tomatoes, and briny olives—and gives them a modern Happie twist. Blending Galimaro sauce into marinara adds a rich, unexpected depth that will have you coming back for another slice. Perfect for a quick Happie Hour lunch or an easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
-
1 Stone Sisters Organics Happie Crust
-
½ cup marinara sauce
-
2 tbsp Galimaro sauce
-
1 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
-
½ cup chorizo, cooked and crumbled
-
¼ cup olives, sliced
-
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
-
⅓ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
-
3–4 cloves fermented or regular garlic, minced
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the marinara and Galimaro sauces. This creates a flavorful fusion base that makes this pizza truly special.
Assemble the Pizza
Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the Happie Crust. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly across the sauce. Top with chorizo, olives, red onions, cherry tomatoes, garlic, and additional mozzarella if desired.
Bake
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. If using a metal pizza pan or stone, remove from the pan and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the bottom of the crust reaches your desired crispness.
Slice and Enjoy
Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and savor every bold, balanced bite!
