Ingredients:
- 2-10 inch Stone Sisters Organics Sprouted Spelt Crusts
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp organic peach preserves
- 3-4 fresh organic peaches, sliced (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup fresh organic blueberries
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190.5°C).
Take both 10' Organic Sprouted Spelt Crusts and spread about 2 teaspoons olive oil evenly across the crusts, place them directly on the oven grate and bake for 3-5 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow the crusts to cool completely.
Make the Cream Cheese Mixture: Using a hand mixer, combine the softened cream cheese and peach preserves. Whip until smooth and creamy.
Spread the Cream Cheese Mixture: Once the crust is baked, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crusts.
Place the peaches evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Sprinkle the organic blueberries throughout the peach layer.
Add honey if desired.
