1 10” Organic Sprouted Spelt Crust
1 9-ounce bag of dark or milk chocolate chips
½ bag of little marshmallows
3 graham crackers (crushed for sprinkling)
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons coconut oil
Sprinkle of sugar
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Take your 10” crust and 2 teaspoons of olive oil and slather it on the crust all the way to the edges. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake crust for 3-5 minutes until it’s slightly crispy, take it out of the oven and set aside to cool.
To melt the chocolate, turn your stove top burner to medium heat, get a small to medium saucepan and fill it half full of water. Once the water gets hot you will place a bowl on top of the pan. Place the chocolate chips in the bowl and stir with a rubber spatula as it heats. Constantly stir so you don’t burn the chocolate. Add a couple of teaspoons of coconut oil to the chocolate and stir until smooth. Let it cool. You will use most of it to spread on top of the crust but save a little to drizzle on top later.
Building your no mess s’more:
Take your baked crust and slather the melted chocolate on top, sprinkle some of the crushed graham crackers on top of the chocolate. Cover the chocolate with the marshmallows and pop it in the oven for approximately 5 minutes or until marshmallows are brown and melty. Take out of the oven and drizzle that leftover chocolate on marshmallows and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Cut into triangles and enjoy these amazing no mess s’mores!!
