Recipe by Emily Schuermann, Food for a Year
- 1 Happie Organic Sprouted Spelt Crust
- 4 oz room temperature cream cheese
- 3 T strawberry fruit spread
- ¼ c each (or your favorite seasonal fruit such as)
- sliced strawberries
- sliced bananas
Using a hand mixer, combine cream cheese and fruit spread, whipping until fluffy (1-2 minutes).
Meanwhile, spray the crust lightly with pure olive oil, and bake in a 330° preheated oven for 3-5 minutes (place the crust directly on the rack)
Allow to cool slightly and top with whipped strawberry cream cheese and arrange fruit as desired.
Cut into slices and serve.
